Your appointments land in your own calendar: Google, Apple, Thunderbird – or in a shared calendar for the whole group.

A chat opens for the people who are coming, so meeting points and lifts get sorted there.

Set a deadline and the inquiry closes itself, so everybody knows where they stand.
Recurring Appointments
Set up the whole season at once – weekly, monthly, or your own pattern.
The mobile app is here
Appointments and responses on the phone, push notifications when something changes – and the one thing that only works on mobile: attendees check themselves in by scanning a QR code or tapping an NFC tag.
Free for the first 30 days. After that, a yearly subscription: a personal license for yourself, or one license for your whole group priced by member count. The Nextcloud app stays free and open source.

Built for groups where who shows up matters
Twelve yeses don't help much if the basses are missing. Attendance shows you not just how many are coming, but who from which group.

Learn moreYour data stays with you
The app runs entirely on your Nextcloud server. Who said yes and when stays there – no outside cloud service, no third party, no analysis behind your back.
- Self-hosted: You decide where the data lives
- GDPR compliant: No third-party data processors
- Open source: The Nextcloud app's code is out in the open and anyone can check it
- The Nextcloud app costs nothing: no subscription, no fee per member. Only the phone app has an optional yearly subscription, as a personal license or one for the whole group.
Questions that come up before installing
Anything else you want to know is in the documentation.
Do I need my own Nextcloud for this?
Yes, Attendance runs as an app inside your Nextcloud – which is exactly why your data stays with you. If you don't have one yet, you can rent it from a Nextcloud provider or run it yourself. Nextcloud 32 and up has everything the app needs.
Does every member need a Nextcloud account?
No. Whoever has one replies inside Nextcloud. Everyone else you invite by email address, and Nextcloud creates the guest account along the way. They reply with one click straight from the email, no sign-in needed.
What does it cost?
The Nextcloud app costs nothing and stays open source: no subscription, no fee per member. Only the phone app costs money – free for 30 days, then a yearly subscription: either a personal license for yourself or one license for the whole group, priced by member count. See all prices
Do my members need the phone app?
No, everything works in the browser: replying, checking in, looking at the numbers. The app adds the two things that only work on a phone – push notifications and self-check-in by QR code or NFC tag.
How much work is the setup?
Install it, create the first appointment, done. You don't have to rebuild your sections, positions or teams: the app uses the groups that already exist in your Nextcloud.
Can we bring our existing appointments over?
Yes. Appointments from the Nextcloud calendar can be imported one by one or all at once, and kept in sync if you want. The other way round, your appointments land in Google, Apple or Thunderbird via calendar subscription.
What happens to our data?
It stays on your server. There is no account with us and no copy on our side. The one exception is delivering push notifications to phones: our relay passes on a sealed package that only your device can decrypt.
Ready for less chaos?
Install the app from the Nextcloud App Store, set up your groups, create the first appointment. Costs nothing and is done in no time. Want self-check-in and push notifications? Add the app for iPhone and Android whenever you like.
